Original Gethuk Chips
Cassava is processed through a series of steps: steaming, grinding, and flattening. Once shaped, it undergoes a drying process using a dreezer for approximately three days to reduce moisture content. After three days, it is cut and enters the second drying stage by air-drying. Once fully dried, the chips are fried until crispy. After frying, they are drained and seasoned for added flavor. Finally, the seasoned chips are packaged in plastic to ensure freshness and longevity.

Tapioca flour is mixed with hot water to form a dough, then combined with dry tapioca flour, eggs, salt, and food coloring. The mixture is molded, cut into pieces, and soaked in warm oil for about 2 minutes. After soaking, the pieces are fried in hot oil. Once fried, they are glazed by being drizzled with hot sugar in a molen machine for even distribution. After cooling completely, the snacks are packaged in plastic for preservation.
